Pulse dust collector is a system used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Designed to handle high-volume dust loads, a dust collector system consists of a blower, dust filter, a filter-cleaning system, and a dust receptacle or dust removal system. It is distinguished from air cleaners, which use disposable filters to remove dust. PULSE DUST COLLECTOR is used when it is impractical to shut down your dust collector to clean the filter bags. A pulse of compressed air is blasted through the filter bags to blow loose the built up particles on the filter bags to maintain optimum filtration efficiency. Dust collection system designs specify the compressed air inlet pressure to the manifold and pulse valves necessary for effective dust removal. The pulse dust collector sends a given volume or weight of air to the bag at a predetermined velocity to strike and clear the cake. The actual amount of weight of air is dependent upon the pulse nozzle being fed compressed air at a predetermined and steady pressure. www.wheat-flour-mill.org/PRODUCTS/wheat-flour-mill-single-machine/687.html
