Yes I get the ICMJ. I've got it since I caught the gold fever bug. I think it is a must have for anyone who is serious about learning to find gold and other minerals and gems. Thanks, Scott

Hi Chris, I joined back in December solely on an article written by you. You do nice work and you've helped me better evaluate the possible gold catches in a creek. Thanks

Thanks! Glad to hear you enjoyed it. I have an article (or sometimes two) in almost every issue. You will see it advertised in the magazine, but I am coming out with a very detailed book on prospecting this summer. Good luck in your prospecting! Chris

Chris, I enjoy your articles along with all the other great info and stories brought to us monthly! I have been getting the "CMJ" (now "ICMJ") since the 70s and have sold it in our shop for several years. It sells out most every month! We find it to be the best source of updated information that is availabe. I also rely on it to keep us updated on new equipment as it comes available through their advertisers. [glow=red,2,300]Great Job "ICMJ"![/glow] Happy Hunting, Chip www.MinersCache.com

Everyone who reads this should go to their next County Borad of Supervisors meeting and take the latest ICMJ and present it to them for review. I just returned from mine, Lassen Co, Ca., and I brought their attention to the article about Rahall and his bill HR-699. They are hot enough to fry and are in the process of crafting a letter of opposition to Senators Boxer and Feinstein and to Representative McClintock. These people tend not listen to us personally, but they will sit up and take notice when they start getting a lot of flak from the counties
Get with it folks or we're going to lose all our rights to even be on government land.
Jim

I'm new to the forum and was reading your post Hardy..I had to laugh about your comment "these people tend not to listen to us personally.." -- ha! they don't even listen to us collectively! I'm for voting out ALL of the incumbents and maybe they'll start listening

In the next episode of Adventures In Prospecting Turquoise Mining and Ghost Town Relic Hunting here at Prospecting Channel.com you will hear Chris Ralph talk some about land rights issues and PLP. He does not talk about that bill specific. However, he addresses core land rights that are always under attack and what we can all do to fight for lawful given right to mine. Joey Wilson

I hear on the other gold prospecting webs that the western states are closing off the road up in to the forest. How can this happen..and why hasnt the news agentence said anything about this.So is the BLM cloesen road off to just miners.or are they closeing them off even to the fisher men, and hunter, and skee resorts as well. What about all those tht have home back up in those forest...well guess i do not need to join no prospector club.so what happens nxt they make illeagal to even have gold...
